Transfo Duiktank collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, follow-up of reservations and orders, invoicing, follow-up of solvency, and sending marketing and personalised advertising).

Through the online reservation platform, data required for the operation of the dive centre is also processed: account details, bookings and attendance, diving certifications and the validity of insurance and medical certificate (safety requirements), and payment data. Online payments are processed by our payment provider CCV; Transfo Duiktank itself does not store any card or account details.

Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation: (a) consent, (b) necessary for the performance of an agreement, (c) necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or (f) necessary for the protection of our legitimate interest in doing business.

Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of consent (Article 6.1 a), the customer always has the right to withdraw the given consent.

If this is necessary to achieve the intended purposes, the customer's personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly connected to Transfo Duiktank or with any other partner of Transfo Duiktank.

Transfo Duiktank guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data.

The personal data processed for customer management will be stored for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

The customer has the right at all times to access their personal data and can have it rectified if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it deleted, have its processing restricted and object to the processing of personal data concerning them on the basis of Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.

Furthermore, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.

The customer has the right to object free of charge to any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
